LIMITATIONS IN THE BOHR MODEL: A DEEPER LOOK

While groundbreaking for its time, the Bohr model possessed several limitations that ultimately proved to be its replacement. One primary limitation was its lack to completely predict the lines of multi-electron atoms. The model also struggled to account for phenomena like quantumtunneling.
